• Annual Listing Fees

  The Exchange advises that the following overseas companies have not paid their Annual Listing Fees for the year ended 20 June 2002 and unless payment is received by 31 December 2001, the Exchange will consider the removal of those companies from the list.

• NZSE appoints three independent directors

  Appointees are company director and investment banker Tim Saunders, commercial solicitor Andrew Harmos and investment banker Lloyd Morrison.

  Fonterra Co-operative Group Limited today listed its $200 million capital note issue on the New Zealand Stock Exchange (NZSE) Debt Market.
