The NZSE Board has considered a complaint relating to the conduct of J B Were Limited last week in effecting an instruction by Guinness Peat Group Plc to acquire shares in Rubicon Limited. The Board considered also submissions made by J B Were Limited. The Board has resolved that charges relating to this conduct should be prepared and, after final Board approval, laid before the Disciplinary Committee.
