NZX restarting the market
23 September 2003 – NZX would like to advise all market participants that the market will open today at 2:45pm.
The market has been closed this morning due to technical difficulties associated with the FASTER trader workstations.
NZX is satisfied that these difficulties have been resolved and will ensure they do not recur. Critical to this is the recent appointment of Mr Chris Corke as Chief Information Officer, whose first priority is to oversee an enhancement of the NZX network over the coming months.
The market trading hours for today are as follows:

| Adjust Session & Market Close | 5:00pm. |
