Interim liquidator appointed to Access Brokerage Limited

6 September 2004 – New Zealand Exchange Limited (NZX) wishes to advise the market that upon the application of NZX, the Court has appointed Michael Stiassny and Brendon Gibson of Ferrier Hodgson & Co interim liquidators of Access Brokerage Limited (Access).

Further to this order, the liquidator has taken over the management of Access and all client enquiries should be directed to the Access website, which the liquidator will endeavour to have available from 12 noon – www.accessbrokerage.co.nz.
