NZX Discipline Rules & Listing Rules to become effective from 3 May 2004

30 April 2004 – New Zealand Exchange Limited (NZX) is delighted to announce that the Minister of Commerce, the Hon Margaret Wilson, has advised that the NZX Discipline Rules and the miscellaneous NZSX and NZDX Listing Rule changes have not been disallowed under the Securities Markets Act 1988. These new Rules, along with the NZX Participant Rules and the NZX Futures & Options Rules will come into force on 3 May 2004.

The new NZX Discipline Rules and NZX Listing Rules can be downloaded from the NZX website at www.nzx.com/regulation.
