Product and Customer Delivery Analyst
NZX has diversified to provide a comprehensive range of data services and business intelligence tools including; prices, indices, exchange traded funds, managed funds, daily news and agricultural monitoring and reporting. Data services is now NZX largest and fastest growing business area. It is within this dynamic and growing data service area that an exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and capable data analyst.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the day-to-day management of data customer queries (internal and external) including subscription management, invoicing, running of data queries and internal reporting. They will provide operational support to the Indices Manager – running both debt and equity indices. Additionally there is also potential for an applicant with sufficient appetite to work on a number of projects across the data team & NZX – involving research, product development and sales.

Agriculture Analyst
NZX Agrifax Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of NZX Limited, a
publicly listed New Zealand company. NZX is one of the most critical components of New Zealand’s economic infrastructure. A position has become available for an Agriculture Analyst within NZX’s expanding information services and data team.
The Analyst will become the key NZX Agrifax contact dealing, on a day to day basis, with exporters, corporate and media clients, industry bodies, stock agents and other stakeholders in the NZX Agrifax business. The Analyst will deliver existing products to customers and help grow the range of services, efficiencies and value that NZX Agrifax can bring to its diverse customer base. The Analyst will be given the opportunity to “stamp their own mark” on the NZX Agrifax business in making the business more scaleable and integrated with other NZX offerings.

Business Content Writer [Data]
This is a new position at NZX, and is an exciting opportunity for a graduate in finance or economics who wants to apply their writing talent in an exciting, fast-paced environment. The role is within NZX's fast growing data business and will operate across the Newsroom, Company Research, Fundsource and Agri product lines.
We are looking for applicants with:
- the appetite to research their client/readership base in detail, to understand the audiences requirements and to tailor content to these requirements
- the ability to understand and convey financial and market information to a variety of audiences
- proven writing ability which includes ability to produce both volume and quality of output to demanding timeframes
- excellent grammar and proofing skills
- a thorough approach and a good eye for detail to deliver consistent quality of products
- the ability to understand and convey often complex financial information in an easy to understand manner to a variety of audiences.
This role will require the successful applicant to take ownership of business products and features, and develop processes to ensure that information and views expressed are relevant, up-to-date, insightful and accurate.
