RLV No. 3 Limited (NZAX: RLV) was listed on 29 October 2007 following
completion of a fully subscribed initial public offer. The company was
established to provide a means for businesses to achieve a stock market
reverse listing in a time and cost effective manner.
During the financial period the Company conditionally agreed to acquire TJRE
Holdings Limited, but the directors determined in conjunction with the
vendors not to proceed with the transaction, due to adverse market
conditions. Subsequent to the half year balance date, TJRE Holdings Limited
and its directors agreed to reimburse the company for $43,229.85 plus GST in
transaction costs.
The Directors are giving consideration to other transaction opportunities.
In the meantime, the directors remain mindful of keeping operating costs to a
minimum and preserving capital, pending completion of a transaction.
