RLV NO. 3 LIMITED-SHARE CONSOLIDATION
The board has resolved to consolidate the company's shares on the basis of 1
share for every 10 existing shares held at 5 pm on Friday8August 2008 (with
fractions to be rounded up).
This consolidation is being undertaken to facilitate the preliminary
discussions around a potential acquisition as announced on 23 July 2008.
