Comments: At the time of its listing on the NZAX, RLV NO.3 Limited
stated that it would identify a business for acquisition and undertake a
capital raising through the issue of shares to enable the acquisition of the
business. The directors of the Company envisaged that RLV NO.3 Limited could
be used as a vehicle for a cost effective reverse listing.
During the year the directors reviewed a number of business opportunities
from a number of sectors for such a transaction, and on 23 July 2008, the
Company announced that it was in preliminary discussions with another party
with regard to acquiring its business. However, no transaction was concluded
in the financial year ending 30 June 2008.
