Record Date for Entitlements for AIAIZA & AIAIZB
ABN AMRO Equity Derivatives New Zealand Limited as issuer of AUCKLAND
INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT LIMITED Instalment Warrants (NZX Code AIAIZA & AIAIZB),
confirms that the record date for entitlements to the NZD $0.0575
distribution ($0.02832089424 credit) for the AIAIZA & AIAIZB Instalments is 7
March 2008, coinciding with the record date for the AUCKLAND INTERNATIONAL
AIRPORT LIMITED Ordinary Share dividend.
The AIAIZA & AIAIZB Instalment Warrants will commence trading ex-distribution
10 March 2008.
The dividend will be paid to instalment holders as soon as possible following
payment by the Company to the Trustee. In any event, it is anticipated that
the instalment dividend will be paid to holders no later than 5 business days
after the Company's dividend payment date of 12 March 2008 (i.e. 19 March
2008).
