NZX Announcement – Hanover and United investors approve Allied Proposal

Allied Farmers Limited announces that its proposal to acquire the finance assets of Hanover Finance and United Finance was today approved by the investors of those companies. We are now moving to satisfying or waiving the remaining conditions to enable a settlement to occur this Friday.
