Allied Farmers Limited announces that all of the conditions of the agreement with Hanover Finance Limited and United Finance Limited have been satisfied or waived and the agreement is now moving to completion.

Completion involves a number of steps, which the company will now proceed to undertake. A separate announcement will be made when the new shares have been allotted.
