On 27 August 2008, the trustee of the Contact TEC Saunders Director
Remuneration Share Trust transferred 1,129 ordinary shares to Timothy Ernest
Corbett Saunders (as a trustee of the TEC Saunders Family Trust, which is in
turn the beneficiary of the Contact TEC Saunders Director Remuneration Share
Trust) in accordance with the provisions of the trust deed. This follows the
expiry of the three year restrictive period for the share purchase by the
trustee on Mr Saunders' behalf of the above number of shares at $6.6700 on 16
November 2005, using his Directors' fees for the quarter ended 30 June 2005.
Accordingly, on 27 August 2008, Timothy Ernest Corbett Saunders, as trustee
of the beneficiary of the Contact TEC Saunders Director Remuneration Share
Trust, disposed of a relevant interest in 1,129 ordinary shares, by way of an
off-market trade. At the same time, Timothy Ernest Corbett Saunders, as
trustee of the TEC Saunders Family Trust, acquired a relevant interest in the
same 1,129 ordinary shares.
In addition, on 27 August 2008, the trustee of the Contact TEC Saunders
Director Remuneration Share Trust acquired 1,288 ordinary shares by way of an
on-market trade at a price of $8.44 per share. Timothy Ernest Corbett
Saunders has a Relevant Interest in the share parcel acquired because he is a
trustee of the TEC Saunders Family Trust, which is in turn the beneficiary of
the Contact TEC Saunders Director Remuneration Share Trust.
Mr Saunders previously held a Relevant Interest in respect of 34,730 CEN
ordinary shares. The share transfer did not change the total number of
shares in which he held a Relevant Interest, however following the share
purchase he now holds a Relevant Interest in respect of 36,018 CEN ordinary
shares. His last disclosure was on 7 April 2008.
