On 27 August 2008, the trustee of the Contact PJ Pryke Director Remuneration
Share Trust transferred 1,694 ordinary shares to Pryke Proprietary Limited
(as trustee of the Pryke Superannuation Fund, which is in turn the
beneficiary of the Contact PJ Pryke Director Remuneration Share Trust) in
accordance with the provisions of the trust deed. This follows the expiry of
the three year restrictive period for the share purchase by the trustee on Mr
Pryke's behalf of the above number of shares at $6.6700 on 16 November 2005,
using his Directors' fees for the quarter ended 30 June 2005.
Accordingly, on 27 August 2008, Phillip John Pryke, as beneficiary of the
beneficiary of the Contact PJ Pryke Director Remuneration Share Trust,
disposed of a relevant interest in 1,694 ordinary shares, by way of an
off-market trade. At the same time, Phillip John Pryke, as beneficiary of
the Pryke Superannuation Fund, acquired a relevant interest in the same 1,694
ordinary shares by way of the same off-market trade.
In addition, on 27 August 2008, the trustee of the Contact PJ Pryke Director
Remuneration Share Trust acquired 1,935 ordinary shares by way of an
on-market trade at a price of $8.44 per share. Phillip John Pryke has a
Relevant Interest in the share parcel acquired because he is a beneficiary of
the Pryke Superannuation Fund, which is in turn the beneficiary of the
Contact PJ Pryke Director Remuneration Share Trust.
Mr Pryke previously held a Relevant Interest in respect of 79,837 ordinary
shares. The share transfer did not change the total number of shares in
which he held a Relevant Interest, however following the share purchase he
now holds a Relevant Interest in respect of 81,772 CEN ordinary shares. His
last disclosure was on 7 April 2008.
