Dairy Equity Limited (DEL)
NZX Regulation advises that due to the complexity of corporate actions
affecting DEL securities, under Listing Rule 5.4.2(b), a halt will be placed
on DEL ordinary shares effective at the beginning of trading on 22 April
2008.
DEL has proposed a capital reconstruction, consisting of two stages, the
first being a 1:2 cancellation of shares on issue with a record date of 23
April 2008. A dividend will then be paid on the shares remaining after the
first stage of the reconstruction. The second stage of reconstruction is
proposed to occur in August.
DEL securities will commence trading at start of business on Thursday, 24
April 2008.
