DAIRY EQUITY CANCELS TREASURY STOCK
The Company passed a resolution on the 13th September 2007 to acquire up to
4,610,000 shares issued by the Company (the Shares) on the NZSX
order-matching market operated by New Zealand Exchange Limited.
Up to the 7th March 2008 the Company had acquired 685,000 fully paid ordinary
shares, which have been held as treasury stock.
The Board passed a Resolution on 11 March 2008 to cancel the 685,000 shares
held as treasury stock.
This will reduce the number of shares on issue to 91,515,000 fully paid
ordinary 50c shares.
