At a Special Shareholders Meeting on 10 April 2008 the Shareholders of Dairy
Equity Limited approved the immediate return of capital via a repurchase and
cancellation of shares subject only to approval by the High Court expected in
the next few days.
The approval will result in:
An initial return of $22,878,750, or 50 cents per share across the 45,757,500
cancelled shares.
Record date 23-4-2008
Pay date 30-4-2008 (all dates are subject to final High Court approval)
Appendix 7 and Notice of Meeting attached. The notice of special shareholders
meeting sets out the full details of the arrangement for the return of
capital.
