We refer to the Form 2 Disclosure of 1% Movement in Substantial Holding
lodged with the NZX on 25 August 2008 and 26 August 2008 and respectfully
request that these notices be disregarded by Dairy Equity Limited investors.
After further review of the detailed positions included in the 25 August 2008
and 26 August 2008 disclosure filing with the NZX, we have concluded that
UBS' discloseable position remains unchanged at 7.594%.
