As noted in recent market updates, with the company’s subsidiary Dominion Finance Group Limited (DFG) currently in receivership, and its other principal subsidiary North South Finance Limited progressing a moratorium proposal, neither subsidiary is in a position to provide funding to Dominion Finance Holdings Limited (DFH).
Accordingly the directors of Dominion Finance Holdings Limited (DFH) have determined to appoint a voluntary administrator to the company as soon as possible, subject to completion of statutory formalities.
In the circumstances, DFH has cancelled the annual meeting of shareholders scheduled for next week.
