NZX Regulation Announcement
NZX Regulation (“NZXR”) advises that the NZX Discipline ("NZXD") determination in respect of Dominion Finance Holdings Limited’s ("DFH’s") breach of NZSX/ NZDX Listing Rule 10.5.1 as provided on 1 October 2008, incorrectly referred to DFH as “ Dominion Finance Limited”. A copy of a revised determination, correctly referring to DFH as “Dominion Finance Holdings Limited” is attached to this announcement.
