Further to the market announcement dated 08 October 2008 the directors of Dominion Finance Holdings Limited (DFH) have appointed John Joseph Cregten and Andrew John McKay of Corporate Finance Limited as the Company’s Administrators under Section 239I of the Companies Act 1993.
The Directors of DFH also advise they have approved the signing of a Deed of Release on premises situated at Plaza Level, 308 Parnell Road, Parnell, Auckland.
