Delegat's Group Limited (Delegat's) advises that it has today entered into
conditional agreements with seven employees to issue up to a maximum of
350,000 ordinary fully paid shares in the Company under the Company's
Employee Share Ownership Plan. The issue price has been set at $2.11 per
share in accordance with the NZSX Listing Rules.
In the event that the conditions are satisfied, Delegat's expects that the
shares will be issued and allotted on or about 30 September 2008.
