The Board of Delegat’s Group Limited has provided to the NZX the required Appendix 7 in respect of the final dividend for the year ended 30 June 2008.
Under listing rule 7.12.7, the company gives notice that it intends to pay a supplementary dividend of 0.015882 cents per share to overseas shareholders on its shareholder register at the record date of 10 October 2008. This will be paid on 24 October 2008 at the same time as the 2008 ordinary dividend previously declared of 4 cents per share.
The supplementary dividend is a standard payment to overseas shareholders of New Zealand companies and is compensation for the Non-Resident Withholding Tax (NRWT).
