Bridgeway Diligent Boardbooks Integrated Solutions
HOUSTON and NEW YORK, October 23, 2008 – Bridgeway Software, Inc., a leading solutions provider for corporate secretaries and in-house legal departments, and Diligent Board Member Services, Inc., a worldwide leader in web-based board communications tools announced a partnership to produce Bridgeway Diligent Boardbooks Integrated Solutions, the newest addition to the Bridgeway technology suite for corporate legal departments.
After completing a thorough due diligence process and full review of board portal options, Bridgeway selected Diligent as “Best of Breed.”
Bridgeway Diligent Boardbooks will contain all the features of Diligent's current board portal product, including an intuitive user interface that visually replicates the pages of a book permitting board members to view and comment on their board materials and archived materials from any place in the world. Cost savings and overall efficiency are also realized by the corporate secretary’s office by reducing the time it takes to assemble board materials by 50 percent or more, making updating of materials easy, and eliminating the need to ship materials. In addition, Bridgeway Diligent Boardbooks will provide unique benefits of integration with Secretariat, Bridgeway's market-leading entity and subsidiary management product for corporate secretaries.
