Record Date for Entitlements for FPAIZA & FPAIZB
ABN AMRO Equity Derivatives New Zealand Limited as issuer of FISHER & PAYKEL APPLIANCES HOLDINGS LIMITED Instalment Warrants (NZX Code FPAIZA & FPAIZB confirms that the record date for entitlements to the NZD $0.05 distribution ($0.006667 imputation credit) for the FPAIZA & FPAIZB Instalments is 28 November 2008, coinciding with the record date for the FISHER & PAYKEL APPLIANCES HOLDINGS LIMITED Ordinary Share dividend.
The FPAIZA & FPAIZB Instalment Warrants will commence trading ex-distribution 1 December 2008.
The dividend will be paid to instalment holders as soon as possible following payment by the Company to the Trustee. In any event, it is anticipated that the instalment dividend will be paid to holders no later than 5 business days after the Company's dividend payment date of 19 December 2008 (i.e. 29 December 2008).
