Record Date for Entitlements for FPHIZA and FPHIZB
ABN AMRO Equity Derivatives New Zealand Limited as issuer of FISHER & PAYKEL
HEALTHCARE CORPORATION LIMITED Instalment Warrants (NZX Code: FPH), confirms
that the record date for entitlements to the NZD $0.07 distribution ($0.015
imputation credit) for the FPHIZA and FPHIZB Instalments is 18 June 2008
coinciding with the record date for the FISHER & PAYKEL HEALTHCARE
CORPORATION LIMITED Ordinary Share dividend.
The FPHIZA and FPHIZB Instalment Warrants will commence trading
ex-distribution 19 June 2008.
The dividend will be paid to instalment holders as soon as possible following
payment by the Company to the Trustee. In any event, it is anticipated that
the instalment dividend will be paid to holders no later than 5 business days
after the Company's dividend payment date of 27 June 2008 (i.e. 4 July 2008).
