Following the announcement of 15 May 2008, Goodman (NZ) Limited is pleased to
announce the appointment of George Crawford as its new Chief Financial
Officer. George is to replace Peter Simmonds who is retiring in December.
George joined Goodman in 2005 and is currently General Manager Finance. He
has extensive experience in finance-related positions in both the United
Kingdom and New Zealand with roles in audit, corporate finance and financial
due diligence.
Goodman (NZ) Limited Chief Executive Officer, John Dakin said "George has
worked closely with Peter over the last three years and has a detailed
knowledge of the business. We are delighted to have secured someone of his
calibre for this role." George's appointment ensures continuity in the
management team and will be effective from January 2009.
George is a qualified Chartered Accountant and prior to joining Goodman was a
manager in Transaction Services at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
