Goodman Property Trust is pleased to announce the payment of its first
quarter distribution for the year ending 31 March 2009.
The record date for the distribution is 4 September 2008 with payment to be
made on 18 September 2008. Unitholders will receive a cash distribution of
2.56250 cents per unit and 0.0688267 cents per unit in imputation credits.
Unitholders are reminded that the DRP is continuing to operate with a 2%
discount and any amendments to their participation is required by 5:00 pm on
the record date of 4 September 2008. Changes should be advised directly to
