REPURCHASE OF ORDINARY SHARES FOR CANCELLATION
JPMorgan Overseas Investment Trust plc has today purchased 81,000 ordinary
shares for cancellation at 575.72 pence per share.
Following the transaction the remaining shares in issue total 26,684,448.
