Chips Holdings Limited ("Mr Chips") ordinary shares dated 8 August 2008
("Takeover Offer"). The Takeover Offer is still conditional. Further Mr Chips
shareholders holding more than 1% of the Mr Chips ordinary shares on issue
(in aggregate) have accepted the Takeover Offer since previous disclosure was
made.
