Simplot Mr Chips Limited: Full Takeover Offer for Mr Chips Holdings Limited
Simplot Mr Chips Limited (Simplot) is pleased to advise, in accordance with Rule 25(5) of the Takeovers Code, that its full takeover offer for Mr Chips Holdings Limited (Mr Chips) dated 8 August 2008 (Offer) is now unconditional.
As at today’s date, Simplot holds total acceptances under the Offer representing 98.61% of the voting securities on issue in Mr Chips. Accordingly, Simplot also hereby gives notice of its dominant ownership of Mr Chips pursuant to Rule 51 of the Takeovers Code.
