Delisting of securities
Further to the Compulsory Acquisition Notice released by MCH on 2 October 2008, MCH has applied to be delisted from the NZSX Market under Listing Rule 5.4.1(b). NZX Regulation advises that it has approved the application to delist MCH from the NZSX Market and that delisting will occur at close of trading on 23 October 2008.
Pursuant to footnote 4 of NZSX Listing Rule 5.4.1, NZX will suspend quotation of MCH ordinary shares at close of trading on Thursday 9 October 2008, that being 5 Business Days after receipt of the Compulsory Acquisition Notice.
