Metlifecare advises that Kevin Bruce De Suza has given notice of his retirement as Company Secretary, effective 18 December 2009.
Andrew William Peskett, Metlifecare Legal Counsel, will assume the role of Legal Counsel / Company Secretary, effective from that date.
