The National Property Trust has announced its first-quarter distribution for
the three months ended 30 June 2008 of 1.24 cents per unit.
The distribution will be payable to Unit Holders on the register at the close
of trading on 19 September 2008 and will be paid on 1 October 2008. There
will be no imputation credits attached to the distribution.
