NZ Farming Systems Uruguay Annual Meeting
NZ Farming Systems Uruguay held it annual meeting of shareholders in Auckland on 16 October 2008. Details of the presentations provided at the meeting are available on www.nzfsu.co.nz.
The results of the resolutions put to the meeting are as follows:
Appointment of Directors (Resolutions 1 and 2)
Michael Craig Norgate, Keith Raymond Smith and John Cecil Roadley each retired and offered themselves for re-election. Each were re-elected as directors by separate motions passed by ordinary resolution of shareholders.
Fixing of Remuneration of Auditors (Resolution 3)
PricewaterhouseCoopers were automatically reappointed as the company’s auditors under section 200 of the Companies Act 1993. A motion was passed by ordinary resolution of shareholders authorising the directors to fix the auditor’s remuneration for the following year for the purposes of section 197 of the Companies Act 1993.
