SUBSCRIPTION PRICE STATEMENT FOR PACIFIC EDGE BIOTECHNOLOGY LIMITED
Pacific Edge Biotechnology Limited ("the Company") is offering a Share
Purchase Plan to its existing ordinary shareholders as at 6.00 p.m. on 30
November 2007. Each Shareholder will be able to
subscribe for a maximum of 38,760 shares in the Company at a subscription
price of $0.129 per ordinary share.
The subscription price of $0.129 per ordinary share is less than the average
end of day market price of shares in the Company sold on the NZSX calculated
over the period from 5 November 2007 to 16
November 2007, being a period that falls within the 30 days immediately
before the date of this offer.
This subscription price was therefore set on 30 November 2007.
We certify that when the subscription price was fixed the Company had no
information not publicly available that would, or would be likely to, have a
material effect on the market price of the ordinary shares in the Company if
the information were publicly available.
