Trading Halt of Securities
NZX Regulation advises that, at the request of PGC, and pursuant to Listing
Rule 5.4.1(a), it has issued a trading halt on all PGC securities which are
listed on the NZSX market. The trading halt has been placed pending a
material announcment by PGG Wrightson Limited (PGW). PGC has a 22% share
holding in PGW.
NZXR advises that the trading halt will remain in place until the
announcement is made to the NZX. NZXR expects that the announcement will be
made before midday today.
