Allotment notice - marac finance limited secured bonds
MARAC Finance Limited (MARAC) is pleased to advise that pursuant to its offer
of secured bonds (the Secured Bonds or the Securities), the Securities
detailed below have been issued and allotted.
Pursuant to Listing Rule 7.12.1 we set out below the required details of the
allotted Securities:
(a) Class of Security and ISIN: Secured Bonds, ISIN NZMARD0001S6.
(b) Number issued: 104,185,000.
(c) Nominal value and issue price: $1.00 per Secured Bond.
(d) Payment in cash: Payment for each Secured Bond was received in cash.
(e) Amount paid up (if not in full): Issue price paid in full.
(f) Percentage of the total Class of Securities issued: Issue equates to
100% of the total number of this class of Securities on issue.
(g) Reason for issue: Public offering pursuant to an Offer Document
(being a combined prospectus and investment statement) dated 18 June 2008.
(h) Specific authority for the issue: Directors' resolution dated 2 May
2008.
(i) Terms or details of the issue: The Securities are fixed rate, first
ranking New Zealand dollar-denominated secured bonds issued under a an Offer
Document (being a combined prospectus and investment statement) dated 18 June
2008, paying an Interest Rate of 10.50% per annum.
(j) Total number of Securities of the Class in existence after the issue:
104,185,000 Secured Bonds.
(k) In the case of an acquisition of shares by an Issuer, whether those
shares are to held as Treasury Stock: Not applicable.
(l) Date of issue: 23 July 2008.
On listing, the Securities will be held by 2,116 holders. We confirm that the
spread requirements of Listing Rule 5.2.3 have been met in relation to the
Securities.
