Announcement of Pyne Gould Corporation's Annual Result
Pyne Gould Corporation Ltd will be announcing its result for the year to 30
June 2008
at 9.00 am on Tuesday 26 August 2008.
This will be followed by a briefing for analysts and the media at 10.00 am.
The
briefing will be held in the company's board room, ground floor 233 Cambridge
Terrace, Christchurch.
The company's Annual Meeting will be held in the Showgate Room, Riccarton
Racecourse, Christchurch at 4.00pm on Friday 31 October 2008.
The period for director nominations is now open. Any nominations are to be
forwarded to the Company at PO Box 167 Christchurch. The closing date for
receipt
of nominations is 5.00 pm, 22 August 2008.
