MARAC Finance- Two new senior appointments
Pyne Gould Corporation Ltd's wholly owned subsidiary - MARAC Finance Ltd, has
announced the following two new senior management appointments.
Chief Operating Officer - David Battersby
David Battersby has been appointed to the newly created position of Chief
Operating Officer, reporting to the Managing Director - Brian Jolliffe. In
this new role David will be responsible for all lending activities within
MARAC.
David is currently General Manager - Business a role he has held since 2002.
He has worked for MARAC for over 12 years and has over 20 years experience in
the finance industry.
Chief Financial Officer - Alan Williams
Alan Williams has been appointed Chief Financial Officer, reporting to the
Managing Director.
Alan is currently General Manager - Finance and Treasury, a role he has held
since 2001. His new role incorporates all existing activities. He is also
Chief Financial Officer of Pyne Gould Corporation, MARAC's parent company.
