For the purposes of Listing Rule 3.3.5 Pumpkin Patch Limited advises that the nomination of directors to be considered for appointment at the Company’s Annual Shareholder’s Meeting will close on 28 September 2009.

Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Shareholders Meeting to be held on 24 November 2009.
