Smiths City advises a correction to the Preliminary Full Year Result for the
current reporting period of 12 months to 30 April 2008 announced earlier
today.
The basic earnings per share where it appears on pages 1 and 5 and the
diluted earnings per share where it appears on page 5 should be read as 6.73
cents not 67.3 cents for the current year and 6.84 cents not 68.4 cents for
the prior year.
