Record Date for Entitlements for SKCIZA & SKCIZB
ABN AMRO Equity Derivatives New Zealand Limited as issuer of SKYCITY
ENTERTAINMENT GROUP LIMITED Instalment Warrants (NZX Code SKCIZA & SKCIZB),
confirms that the record date for entitlements to the NZD $0.105 distribution
($0.045 imputation credit) for the SKCIZA & SKCIZB Instalments is 12
September 2008, coinciding with the record date for the SKYCITY ENTERTAINMENT
GROUP LIMITED Ordinary Share dividend.
The SKCIZA & SKCIZB Instalment Warrants will commence trading ex-distribution
15 September 2008.
The dividend will be paid to instalment holders as soon as possible following
payment by the Company to the Trustee. In any event, it is anticipated that
the instalment dividend will be paid to holders no later than 5 business days
after the Company's dividend payment date of 10 October 2008 (i.e. 17 October
2008).
