| The NZX Listing Rules are an essential
product for those who work closely with listed issuers and help them
to comply with their obligations. Additionally, the rules will help
you understand the information that is supplied by listed issuers to
NZX. They are a comprehensive set of requirements on listed issuers,
in part given statutory backing by the Securities Markets Amendment
Act 2002.
