NZ Windfarms announces appointment of FNZC as advisor 5 October 2018 NZ Windfarms is pleased to announce that it has engaged First NZ Capital Limited (FNZC) to assist the Board of Directors with its strategic review that was announced at the AGM on 26 September 2018. FNZC has had extensive experience in assisting and advising clients in the New Zealand energy sector. As stated to shareholders present at the AGM, the strategic review is assessing the capital structure of the company and evaluating the range of options available. This includes the potential sale of the company or its assets. FNZC will work with the company and Board of Directors to assess sale options available with a focus on maximising shareholder value.
