Proposed Trading Halt Guidance Note
NZX has formulated a proposal to vary its practices and procedures in relation to the application of trading halts under NZSX/DX Listing Rule 5.4/NZAX Listing Rule 5.4. NZX is seeking comment on the policy proposals embodied in the attached draft guidance note.
