31 July 2017 Independent Directors and Election of Chair The Board of Blis Technologies Limited (the Company) advises that the all directors of the company are deemed independent directors; no director is a substantial product holder of the Company, for the purposes of NZX Main Board Listing Rule 3.3.2. The independent directors are: Veronica Aris Graeme Boyd Peter Fennessy Alan McKenzie Anthony Offen The Board of Blis Technologies Limited announces that Anthony Offen has been elected as Chair of the company following the resignation of Peter Fennessy as chair.
