CBL – Late Preliminary Full Year Results Notification

Memorandum To: Market Participants From: NZX Product Operations Date: 2 March 2018 Subject: CBL Corporation Limited (in voluntary administration) ("CBL") - Late Preliminary Full Year Results Notification Message: NZX Regulation ("NZXR") advises that CBL Corporation Limited (in voluntary administration) ("CBL") has not released its preliminary full year results for the period ending 31 December 2017 which, under NZX Main Board/Debt Market Listing Rule 10.3.1(a) was due to be announced to NZX on or before Thursday, 1 March 2018. CBL advised the market on Tuesday, 28 February 2018 that as a result of the appointment of its administrators and the appointment of interim liquidators of CBL Insurance Limited (CBL Insurance), CBL will not be releasing its preliminary results announcement for the year ended 31 December 2017. Pursuant to Footnote 2 of NZX Main Board/Debt Market Listing Rule 5.4.3, if an Issuer has not issued its preliminary full year results within 5 business days of the due date, trading of that Issuer's securities will be suspended until the Issuer has issued its preliminary full year results. NZXR previously exercised its powers under Rule 5.4.2(b) of the NZX Main Board Listing Rules, and suspended the quotation of CBL's ordinary shares with effect from 2.09pm Thursday, 8 February 2018.
