Smartshares Limited (Smart) advises that, in accordance with the requirements of the Financial Markets Conduct Regulations 2014, a replacement quarterly fund update for the Smart Gold ETF for the quarter ending 31 March 2025 was made publicly available on www.smartinvest.co.nz/resources/fund-reports on 22 July 2025. The replacement quarterly fund update corrected an error in the currency hedging description in the “What does the fund invest in?” section.
