Philip Chronican appointed to BNZ Board

Exchange Announcement 22 November 2016 Philip Chronican appointed to BNZ Board On 22 July 2016, BNZ announced that Mr Philip Chronican was to be appointed as a non-executive director of BNZ, subject to receipt of non-objection from the Reserve Bank of New Zealand. BNZ now confirms Mr Chronican's appointment as a non-executive director of BNZ, effective 3 October 2016. Mr Chronican is currently also a non-executive director of BNZ's parent, National Australia Bank Limited.
